expressHR

expressHR: ‘Powering the Workforce’

expressHR is a leading provider of recruitment & resourcing solutions for today’s diverse and increasingly complex workforce. Since the early ‘90s, they have delivered massive operational efficiency to their clients, who currently, via innovative technology, manage a contingency-spend in excess of £300 million across tens of thousands of users.

The expertise expressHR offer is the development of a fully integrated, seamless and intuitive platform for recruitment vendor and contingency workforce management, from front-office relationship management to back-office accounting fulfilment, and encompassing most-things in between. Enabling the successful and cost-effective adoption of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Service Provision (MSP), expressHR solutions are delivered, globally and across industries as distinct as finance and healthcare, by an experienced team, using tried & tested implementation techniques and leading-edge, yet proven technologies.

Their revenues having plateaued a little in recent years, expressHR founder & CEO, Geoff Warburton, immediately recognised the opportunity that the Three Like Minds offered: “With a strong and successful background in operational management, and one that encompasses the key elements of today’s industry – technology, sales and people, 3LM appeared to quickly understand my business and appreciate the nature of the issues I faced. I particularly bought-into their belief that one person is not able to lead, direct and manage everything that needs to take place in a modern and diverse organisation. What’s more, their uncomplicated view to growth and equity ownership dovetailed into my own and made the actual decision to engage a bit of a ‘no-brainer’.”

The relationship, admittedly still in its early days, is developing apace and set to encompass ‘next generation’ product release, the adoption of an exciting sales & account management model, re-branding, website build and marketing collateral design and implementation, together with the recruitment and integration of additional support and professional services staff.

Anderson Zaks: Omni-Channel Payment Processing

Anderson Zaks are 100% focused on highly reliable, fast and secure payment processing software and services. For almost twenty years, their customers, ranging from large multinational organisations to small & medium sized enterprises, have benefited from flexibility, personalised care and customer satisfaction levels of the highest order. Invariably, as a user of modern chip-and-pin payment devices, you are, perhaps unknowingly but certainly thankfully, a beneficiary of their legendary attention to detail where card transaction security is paramount!

Anderson Zaks’ CEO, Iain High, decided to engage with Three Like Minds, in order for them to work with his senior management in first defining, and then executing, their medium-term organisational strategy; one in which he would operate in a predominantly advisory and figurehead capacity. A complete strategic audit is on the cards, and no stone will remain unturned. Having said that, you’ve only got to look at the company to realise they do many things well, and one or two exceptionally, so, it’s essential that 3LM’s realistic and pragmatic approach comes to the fore, making only the essential and necessary changes.

tibdit

tibdit are pioneering the adoption of internet donation and content payment via the development of an innovative, yet easy to use and engaging social platform. So there.

Sometimes you choose to engage with an organisation because it has a great product, or a strong management team, a presence in an emerging space, or it’s on your doorstep and they’re going to pay you a shed-load of money. At other times, there’s something a little intangible about it and you can’t quite put your finger on it. Enter tibdit. There are two clear-cut reasons why Three Like Minds have decided to hook-up with tibdit – as the archetypal dotcom start-up it’s undoubtedly going to be fun, and, and we’re being sincere here, the world truly needs a mechanism that allows relatively small donation and content payment to be made. Envisage tibdit as pocket-change for the internet. Fun and socially good? What’s not to love: see it, read it, like it, tib it!

Following a successful seedrs crowdfunding exercise, tibdit and the Three Like Minds are going to don our thinking-caps and work diligently towards building the functionally-rich, innovative and engaging social platform that will radically change the face of internet donation and content payment. We’re going to ensure tibdit works equally well for the enthusiastic blogger as it does for the commercial publisher; that it brings reward for the international charity in the same manner as the bedroom-guitarist; that we’re all able to say thanks for the great free software download and keep-up the good work.
